"We shall live through it, an' that's more than many a man makin' a little trip to Tyburn could say."
―Lady Dalrymple[src]

Named for the nearby brook of the same name, Tyburn was a village in the county of Middlesex near what is now Marble Arch in present day London. It was known for having been a prime location for capital punishment in the London area.
